  • 4 sweet potatoes
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • butter or ghee, optional

Instructions

  • Prep the potatoes. Preheat your oven to 400°F and poke 4 to 5 holes in each sweet potato with a fork or sharp knife.

  • Bake the potatoes. Place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for approximately 60 minutes, or until soft. Then top with butter or ghee and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
